Two Under 2
2 u 2 for 3 weeks now...
DS2 joined us 3 weeks ago today and I have to say 2u2 isn't as bad as I feared. There was one sleepless night when DS1 was up a few times, at different times than DS2, so I was a bit sleep deprived then, but otherwise we are doing great. DS2 sleeps 3 hr stretches at night. DS1 is very loving toward his little brother and wants to show him to anyone who will look when we are out or when any comes over. He is quite proud of being the big brother and is quite the helper already. He is also much more patient than I expected him to be with me nursing DS2 all the time. We have made a few trips to the grocery store without a problem, went to the tile store today to pick out tile for our master bath remodel and even went to the playground last week when the weather was nice (the moby was great for keeping DS2 close while chasing after DS1).
I was scared of how hard it would be, but I wanted to share our positive experience for those of you who are still pg, hopefully you have an easy time of it too!

That's great to hear. Thanks for sharing your success with 2 u 2. It is quite and overwhelming thought and you don't know what you are going to get until the new family member is here but it's good to know that it can be done.
