Sleep Schedule

Does your baby have a schedule at night? Like a time they ALWAYS wake up at night to feed? Is every night about the same for you?

Natalie is a giant crapshoot as to what she will do. Last night she slept through the night but the night before that she was up every two hours. The night before that she was up twice. I kind of wish she had a little schedule going.

My LO is like clockwork: down at 7:30pm, up at 11pm to eat, up at 2am to eat, up at 4am to just gripe about being left alone in his crib.

Up at 6am--6oz Bottle

Play until 7:30--2T of Cereal

8am--4oz Bottle

8:30/9:00--Nap

Up at 1030/11:00--1 1/2T of Cereal with juice; 4oz Bottle

Play until 1:30--Nap

Up around 4:00--6oz bottle

5:30 2-3T of Cereal

6:30--4oz Bottle

Play until 8:00--Bathtime

8:30--bottle

Asleep by 9:00pm for the night.

Nora was great until the holidays. She'd sleep 6 or 7 hours (11ish-5-6ish). Now, she melts down if I don't put her to bed by 9, but she's up usually 2-3 times per night, with no consistency as to what times they may be. Last night she was up at midnight. Then she was up at 4, and wanted to start the day. I couldn't get her back down until 6, which is when I had to then start getting ready for work. It's going to be a long day....

DS is like clock work. He's in his crib asleep by 8:30pm, fusses in his sleep aroung 4am(never wakes up), fusses again around 6am(never wakes up), up for the day between 7:30/8am. Throughout the day he's just like clockwork too...he pretty much eats, plays and naps at the same times everyday; unless he's going through a growth spurt then he gets a little chaotic with what he does.

I have tried a schedule, but E wants no part in it.

She does, typically, get to sleep by 8:00 PM. She will wake anywhere from 2-4 times during the night, but usually only needs to be feed/changed one of those times. She puts herself back to sleep otherwise.

There are always exceptions to this "unschedule", and she is almost always up for the day around 7:30.

She takes 2-3 naps during the day, but they are random in length.

was this sched just trial an error? LO is eating cereal already? my LO is in bottles but because of his acid reflux . i want my boy on a sched so bad

I'm jealous of everybody who's LO is like clockwork. Natalie has absolutely NO daytime schedule. I try following her cues but a schedule is just not happening.

DD seems to be getting on a bit of a schedule.. well for the past little while anyway!! She's usually asleep by 9, she sometimes fusses around 3 but doesn't wake up, then she's usually awake between 4-5 for a feeding and then back down around 6 until 8 or 9.
