I learned something valuable today! Sophie has been having sleep issues the past 3 weeks, ever since we stopped the paci. The Dr. explained today that between 15-18m, babies are developing memories, & separation anxiety. So, when she wakes up crying at night, it could very well be a bad dream. She gave me some suggestions-keep a nightlite in the room, keep her door open, if she cries go in and soothe her. We do all of that anyway, minus the nightlite b/c it was actually keeping her awake. Just wanted to share!

"our IF story"
This makes sense in DD's case too. She had a horrible night on Sunday. It is scary to hear them wake soooo upset.
