Diaper Swappers Issue

I ordered 4 medium thirsties covers from the FSOT board of Diaperswappers. I asked her how much for all 4, she said $25 for the 4 mediums. I paid via paypal and then today I get the package and there were only 3. The PMs we sent specifically said 4 covers. I sent her a PM to ask what happened, but I'm not sure what to think. I mean I think $25 was a good deal for 4, but for 3 not so much.

I don't want to get her in trouble if it was an honest mistake, but I feel kind of cheated. I don't want to have to pay for shipping for the 4th cover either.

 WWYD?

    wait and see what she says. I'd give her at least 24-48 hours to respond.

    if no response, or if unhappy with the response, then contact a mod and open a pay pal dispute.

    i would wait to see what she says first.  if you don't get a reply or she says she wasn't sending 4, or she was only sending 3 for that price, etc...I would file a pp dispute

    You definitely did the right thing by asking!  See what she says -- hopefully it was a mistake and she'll send the 4th or refund part of your money.  If not, you can file negative feedback and make a PayPal claim for a portion of the money.  So sorry -- potential FSOT problems are horrible -- you should be able to trust people but it doesn't always work out.  FWIW, I've used DS a ton since before DD was born, especially in that first year, and I've only ever had 2 problems, one where I didn't receive something and one where something wasn't at all as described.  Most of the time people are very cautious because they want to maintain great feedback.  I hope it works out for you!
