Dear Mr. Pistachio,

   Where have you been all of my life? You are delicious! I have to admit that I feel really guilty for never having tried you before. However, you can't really blame me. After all, you are basically a green nut. You look kind of weird and border on unappetizing when you think about it. But I have to say that you are sooo awesome and totally worth all of the work it takes to get you out of the shell to eat each little one of you!  I love you!

    I have wanted to try these too and have been kinda of afraid I wouldn't like them either...might have to try them now!

    Oh I love them!  They're good on salads too!  You can also grind them and use them to crust fish and chicken.  Then there's pistachio ice cream which I've always been hesitant to try...I'd probably like it!

    I PPH pistachios. I didn't try them until a few years ago myself, but it was love at first bite. They are yummy!

    Those are my favorite.  My parents always give us a huge jar for christmas each year. 
    From miscarriages, a diagnosis of a bicornuate uterus, and fibroid removal surgery...It's been quite the journey but it was all well worth it. Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker
