Ummm, thats a tough one. I grew up around there and have been more times than I can count. Holiday weekends are always insanely busy. You would have to wait forever for food, drinks, etc. The kiddie rides dont usually have much of a line though, so that would be good. But, the adult rides could have waits of well over an hour (for the good ones.)

I probably would take both of mine as long as there were going to be other adults there besides DH and I to help watch the duo. Also I'm not sure how hot it gets in May, but I'd make sure to bring sunscreen, lots of water, and a stroller with a big sun shade. I bet K would have a blast, as long as he doesn't get overtired or too hot.
I have pierogis and galumpkis. None of that frozen stuff either. HOME MADE.
(Not made in my home but my 100% Portuguese mother makes them for my 100% Polish dad. Tell DH not to judge, people can't tell from her cooking she's not Polish.) I also have Polish Vodka.
But honestly? No. We're going to Orlando in March, and we're not going to any of the parks--and if by chance we do, we'll leave DD w/ Grandma and Grandpa and go just the two of us. She'd be absolutely fine wandering around the park, but IMO it's way too expensive for you to not be able to fully enjoy it--and IDK about w/ K, but I know that with DD we just won't honestly be able to do that.
Re: Would you go to Busch Gardens...
FWIW - there would be two other adults (my parents) but also a 4 year old and a 9 year old.
While I'd really like to go, I'm just not really sold on the idea.
