Pregnant after a Loss

What's the ideal blood pressure while pg?

I know normal is 120/80.

My blood pressure started going up around 38 weeks and that was why I was induced with Sophia at 39 weeks.

I thought it went down normally in early pg, but I just took mine and it was 107/79.   The 79 just seems kinda high for this early.

  • I am not sure what "normal" is but I know the nurse said mine was low @ wks. which is normal b/c of the blood volume doubling. I thinks yours still souns okay- but I can be wrong!

  • I'm not an OB nurse but an office nurse and your BP is good.  I would think they would think so also and then go from there as a baseline. If  your diastolic (bottom number) is in the higher 80's could be concerning. But, that's my opinion.
