BRU registry on-line

Does anyone else have issues with editing their BRU registry on-line??  It has been so frustrating for me!! I have no problem adding things on-line but when I go to delete things or change the quantity on-line, the site doesn't do it.  It is so frustrating!!  Anyone else have issues with BRU online?

  • I haven't had any issues, maybe their site is messed up today?

    You might have to wait a few minutes to see the updated registry - or log out and log back in?

  • From time to time.  It depends if they are doing maintenance.  I would just try later.

    This.  I had no issues one day, and then I had issues another.

  • i have issues if it's an in-store only item, then it won't let me do anything.   but i just went into the store and had them take off those things for me there.

  • Same as one of the PP said.. I can edit most of the things, but the items near the end that are in-store only are not editable. Mostly clothing, things like that.. I could never remove. I emailed customer service and they helped me out really easily. I just sent the registry number and my address or something for verification. Then they removed the item numbers I wanted.
