How would you pronounce this name?

Caroline.

Would you say it as Caro-lynn, or Caro-line (as in the song Swet Caroline).  Is there a different spelling for each pronounciation?

    I say it like Sweet Caroline.  If you want it pronounced the other way, it's spelled Carolyn.

    Carolyn is the spelling for the first pronunciation you mentioned; Caroline is pronounced Caro-LINE (at last by most people).

    Thanks everyone.  I like Caroline better, but when I see that name I pronounce it Carolyn for some reason.
