  My daughter has seen your siggy pic when sitting next to me and gone crazy when she saw Melmo. She hasn't said Mama once since she started saying Melmo.

  DS's obsession with Elmo came out of nowhere.  He literally had one stuffed animal that used to be mine or something and was afraid of it.  Then for a month he stopped saying Mama and only said Melmo too!  He is back to needing us both in his life thank goodness

  Lydia's is not within her reach and she'll say "Melmo, Melmo, Melmo, Melmo, Melmo, Melmo, Melmo, Melmo, Melmo, Melmo, Melmo, Melmo, Melmo, Melmo, Melmo, Melmo" until I turn him on, and then she's so not interested and moves on to something else.

  I asked DD for a hug today and she ran and gave BOTH dogs hugs and said "awwww huuuuug." When DH asks her for a kiss, I get one. I think she just likes to tell us who's boss.
