Pain in boobs right before LO needs to eat??

Anyone else get this? It is about 15 minutes before LO will probably be ready to eat. He is contently sleeping on DH right now, but his last feeding was about 2.5 hours ago...so I know he will be ready soon.

Is this pain (kind of a pins and needles feeling) my milk letting down?? I really just started noticing this feeling in the past week or so.

    Yes. I get the same feeling and sure enough when I look at the clock, it's just about time for her to eat.

    Most likely that is what it is. My friend's mom said when my friend was a baby she really didn't cry unless she was hungary so everytime she cried her mom's boobs would immediately start leaking.

    Yep, it's your let down.  Next time you get the pain, check your nipple and you will probably see a few drops leak.  It happens to me several times a day.
