If you have an Ikea near you, they have an assortment of them. I took DS with me so he could be Goldilocks and try out each chair til we found one he fit well in. Some are just a little too tall or a little too deep.
We just got the Land of Nod activity table, and (so far) I love it. The height adjusts, and right now we have the 15" legs on, which makes it the perfect height for DD to stand and play with her dollhouse and train set. We also have some mini wooden chairs so she can sit to eat snacks or color. It has a paper roller attached for coloring or to use as a placemat.
The next higher legs make it a nice height for tea parties or sitting to eat when she gets a bit bigger, then the highest legs make it the height of a desk for when she's school-age. I'm a big fan of furniture that's able to last years and years.
ETA -- It was a gift, otherwise I don't know if we could have justified the cost. But I think the Ikea ones are great if you don't want to spend a lot!
We have the red rectangle table from Ikea, with a green chair and a blue chair. DS has always been able to get in/out of the chairs, never tipped over, etc. It's really easy to clean, too!
We also have the red Ikea table with 2 blue stools and 2 green chairs... I love them they are very sturdy and DD loves that there are chairs just her size to get in and out of by herself.

I have my eye on a few at IKEA. But I think if I get them now, DS will just throw the chairs across the room and climb on the table. So I'm thinking maybe by his second birthday he might be ready...
Re: Recommend your toddler table
We have a Little Tikes. I love it. It cleans up easily, it's lightweight and it's sturdy.
we have a red (w/blue chairs) little tikes table
My LO is not big enough yet, but our neighbors have this for their kiddos and it's super nice!

We have this one too. Our friends have had theirs for at least 5 years now and it's still in great shape, so we didn't even shop around.
