  • Depends on the # of syllables in your LN.

Lorelei / Lorelai is already a mouthful (in a good way- DD has a 3-syll FN) so I wouldn't do a long FN, long MN, AND a long LN.

Unless your LN is one syllable, I'd go w/a 1-syll MN, like Brynn, Wren, Kate, Claire, Quinn, Reece, or one of the more common ones like Grace, Rose, Ann, Lynn...

  • Rose was my first thought...

  • I adore Eve with this name. Lorelei Eve or Lorelei Eden.  I'm not a fan of your spelling. I'd use something more traditional like Lorelei or Lorelai.

    I thought of Beth too.

FWIW, I grew up with a super-common middle name and I always hated it. (It was a family name, so I liked where it came from, but still.) I love Loralai, and I wouldn't pick something totally out there for a MN since it's already kind of unusual, but just something to think about.

  • I agree with using a 1 syllable name like Claire. I love this name and wish we could use it! My husband vetoed it because I am a HUGE Gilmore Girls fan and he thinks it would make it seem like I am a weird obsessive fan!
