WWYD???

in Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months

DD has a bit of a cough...basically only when she lays down. She is otherwise fine and playing like her normal self. We were supposed to go out to dinner tonight (DH, DD and I) But now I am not sure if I want to take DD out and expose her to other germs when her immune system is not up to par. DH thinks it will be ok but I don't know. Am I just being overly paranoid? WWYD?

    DD had this going on last week...mostly just when laying down.  Her nose was a little runny sometimes and sometimes stuffy. So when she laid down, it was dripping into her throat (i think) causing her to cough.  If she is ok otherwise, I'd go out and enjoy. (I would be paranoid at first too until I thought it through and/or had my husband rationalize it for me...or I'd go on the board and ask others WWYD. :))
