Do you ever get a text from someone and know that it will annoy/upset you somehow, so you either ignore it for a long time or just delete it?

Just curious...because I'm bored.  :-)

I do all the time.

    yes. voicemails too. I usually just ignore them for a long time, I'm always afraid if I delete it it will turn out to be an emergency or something.

    Yes.

    I love technology.

    I ignore phone calls, text messages, voicemails... I have even used applications and services to make ignoring calls and voicemails easier.  I generally read all of my text messages, but sometimes I just don't respond for a longass time, if at all.

    it makes me feel good to read this. I'm always getting bagged on for not answering my phone. I don't feel like being a slave to my phone. If I don't want to talk to you (annnd I probably don't) I'm not answering the damn phone. I've never understood the compulsion to answer the phone NO MATTER WHAT.
