  Sucks. If you can, I vote that you take a bath or a hot shower. Always makes me feel better. And then a nap once you're all warmed up and toasty.

  Nap, Tylanol and lots of fluid!! My Dr told me to take benadryl when I was sick. She said it is as safe as water for the baby. Hope you feel better soon! I had a cold that lasted 3 week, and it was crap!
