Frustrated!!!

My little man has been colicy and constipated for weeks. His pedi told us to give him prune juice with water once a day and mineral oil with each feeding. we also changed his formula per pedi. he was doing well for about a week or so eating 4 oz at each feeding and slseeping well...all that has gone down the tubes this week...he is back to eating 2 to 3 oz every couple hours, he is extremely fussy while eating and just plain fussy throughout the day. his sleeping is ok but not terrific...suggestions?

Sorry, no suggestions, but I had a question about the prune juice. My pedi told us to give our guy prune juice when he's constipated too. We haven't done it yet, but we may today since he hasn't pooped since Weds. and has been uncomfortable. Just wondering how much water to juice you give. We were told an ounce of juice and can cut it with water, but don't know if I should do 1/2 oz. water & juice, or 1 oz. juice, 1 oz. water. Thanks and good luck to you.
