Henry's been our boy name forever, it's a family name, blah blah blah. I love the name, but I'm one of those crazy people who doesn't want my child to be 1 of the 5 ____s in the class and won't choose a name that's too popular. I was a Kelly who grew up in the 80s, so I have a reason for this fear.
Do you think Henry is too popular now (stupid Julia Roberts!)? Do you think it's popularity will continue to climb?
ETA - I'm actually still a Kelly. ![]()

I love it!
I am a Jennifer and I still love the name! JR is almost identical to my DD name.
The woman who taught my birthing class had a son named Henry. That's the only Henry that I've heard of (that's young). But I do know someone who is dead set on naming their first born Henry.
I really don't think it's that popular. But of course, that could change. I have a four year old niece named Sophia and her parents didn't think it would be popular.

No. It was only #75-ish last year.
We named DS after my late FIL and I absolutely love it.
I think it is on the rise. It's my boy name and I know two other women who named her child Henry who are around my daughter's age.
