Need a narrow SBS stroller

for cheap! ;)

I want something that will fit thru normal single doors, a SBS, as inexpensive as possible.  My main use will be for short trips in/out (doctor, restaurants, bank, etc.)

I'm looking at the Combi Twin Sport....is that the most narrow?

Or the Graco Ipo - that seems like it will be a tight fit.

Any other suggestions?

Also - anyone have a Chicco Citta twin?  there's a nice used one on CL for $75.

Or if you know the standard width of entrance doors that would be just as helpful! ;)  maybe 32"?

 TIA!

  • i got a combi twin on craigslist and love it - i have the single, too and love that.  It goes through all doors - most SBS's do... it's random small doors that they won't go through-but standard doors are no problem.

  • I have a Chicco Trevi Twin that I like.  I looked at the Combi but didn't like it because the boys could stick their fingers in between the spokes of the seats.

  • I have the Combi Twin sport - it's really compact and fits everywhere I've tried to go.  I"m not a huge fan of the straps/seatbelts - they are pretty easy for my boys to wiggle out of, but other than that, I can't complain.  Nice-sized cargo pockets too.  Oh - and I didn't find any others that had the little cup holders, which is nice for giving snacks on the go - not that deep for cups but they work.
