Tyler FINALLY used the potty! Yes, for the first time EVER! I have been trying and trying. He is a very stuborn boy! All sorts of bribes, lots of sitting, waiting, songs, books, helpful hints... Nothing. Finally today he asks for a lollipop, which he only gets on very special occasions. I told, as I have told him hundreds of times, that lollipops are sometimes treats and that Mommy has a special stash for little boys who use the potty. So we went in the bathroom to wash his hands after a snack and he asked to use the potty. So for the umpteenth million time I put him on the potty... AND HE WENT!!!! So he got his lollipop then we made a special potty bowl filled with treats that he can pick from each time he uses the potty! Good thing we had a bunch of candy and junk from Christmas. I think I am also going to put in pictures of some of his favorite places so he can also pick a place to go, like the library or bouncey house as a treat! Tyler tends to do things in leaps and bounds so this is a HUGE step for us!!! YEAH! Maybe he and Bri wont potty train at the same time after all!
