Anyone's estrogen drop mid-injection cycle? (xp from infertility)

I also posted this on the infertility board:

My estrogen on Wednesday was 242 and this afternoon the nurse called and said my estrogen dropped some, so they are increasing my dose and making me come back again tomorrow (third day in a row!). Has this happened to anyone else? What happened - did they keep growing or did they cancel? TIA!

    Mine did.  I don't have the numbers from my cycle in front of me but I had a spontaneous drop without a corresponding rise in progesterone (which would have shown a spontaneous ovulation).  Anyway they deduced that my follies were kaput and that the cycle was a non-starter.  My IUI#1 was cancelled at something like CD#12 but the RE's nurse called me on CD#13 and encouraged me to trigger and give it the ol' college try.  See siggy for results ;)  GL!

    My E2 and LH were all over the place during my IVF cycle... I don't have the numbers handy but first my E2 skyrocketed fast... then I dropped back on my meds and at the next check it had leveled out... but then at the next check both my E2 and LH had taken a dive... they had me add Luveris to my stims and go back up on the gonal for a few more days before trigger... but really didn't act all that concerned.  I hadn't ovulated... they said it just happens sometimes.

    mine dropped mid cycle and they told me I have ovulated so it was canceled...good luck!
