There was some talk of a Northern NJ/NYC/CT get together a couple weeks ago. I know there are several Northern NJ girls like myself. We were thinking maybe meeting up in Hoboken for dinner & drinks (lots and lots of drinks). Hoboken isn't too bad to get to from the city - like 20 minutes on the PATH train from Herald Sq.
I'll head up putting it together and stuff if you would like.

Yes I remember. I could possibly do that. I am not in NYC but 30 minutes out on LI.
It just surprises me that there aren't any other downstate NY-ers here. I am pretty sure I am the only one and it is SHOCKING. We are practically tripping over people here and I am the only one on ttcal?
it's too bad Buffalo is so so so far away. . .but I'll be in NYC once a month for next 3 months . . . .if that would ever work.

My ILs live out on the Island (Baldwin) and we used to live in Hoboken for years. The commute isn't that bad by train.
I can't believe you're the only one too! Maybe NYC is just chalk full of fertiles.

That is so weird that you posted this because I was totally thinking the same thing. I live in Bayside and would love to GTG with other LI/NYC ladies!! I am 20 minutes from the city via LIRR. PM me if you want to try and set something up.

That's kind of what I was getting at...
I'm headed home now, but send me a PM if you want to me to try to organize something.

NYC would be great. It is a little over an hour train ride from where I live in north jersey.

Posting so late, but I'm in NYC. Park Slope--baby capital of Brooklyn. Awesome.
Anyway, I'd be glad to meet up with some other people who want babies and don't have them yet.
And I have a fertility challenged friend in Fort Greene who doesn't bump. So we're out there!
