I have no idea. I have some chicken and some grean beans and I could make risotto but I am just so done with chicken lately.

Yummm I want to the recipe for the buffalo chicken! I have been looking for some new crockpot recipes. However, we are having pizza today. Supposed to get 6 inches of snow today so no going out, cooking, just some comfort foods!

That's always a crapshoot! there's a 50/50 chance my DH remembers so I write notes everywhere!

Probably jarred tomato sauce with chicken sausage and whole wheat pasta.

I think I'm going to make meat pockets. I have no idea if that's the correct terminology just basically meat flavored with pesto and cheese cooked inside biscuits and a little Ragu on top. Smile

Thanks mrsharris! I just googled it too and it came up with that one! I've been eating Buffalo Chicken Dip for almost 3 years now and LOVE it! My DH would love it as a sandwich. Definately going to try it this weekend, if not snowed in! Thanks again!!!

I made the dip for every holiday party we went to this year! It was a huge hit, I never came home with left overs... I live in MI too, not looking forward to all of this SNOW! yuck!

Roasted Oven Bag Chicken - Yummy. We usually roast up a whole chicken and then have left overs for Chicken Salad - or - Chicken for a regular salad the next day.
