  I stopped using one after #2 arrived, it is just too much stuff with 2 only 18m apart. I keep my old bag stocked in the car and toss a bottle, 2 diapers and a sippy with a few snacks in my purse.

  I love the Kemby Sidekick..it's a diaper bag and baby carrier in one.. so convenient. Made especially for those with 2U2.

  I use a tote-bag  that way I have 2 free hands, did this w/DD1 and it worked out great.
