My boys are 20 mos old. It's V. cold here in MN so we haven't been getting out much. They have started throwing tantrums for just about everything. OH, just recently, they've started protesting mealtimes. They have more energy than I know what to do with...and I'm...
big, tired, hormonal, anxious, tired, restless, tired. Did I mention that I'm not sleeping so well at night so I'm tired?
I don't expect to many responses b/c I have no questions; I'm just venting...
Re: I'm 35wks and my toddlers are driving me BONKERS
I can only imagine. I have only 1 toddler and the exhausting of this pgcy is killing me.
I know it will only get worse.
Good luck to you!
I don't have twins at home, but just wanted to let you know that I sympathize. By the time I get home from work my feet and ankles are 5x their normal size, but I feel guilty about sitting down to elevate them because DD is so excited to see me and I want to spend time with her. But beause she's been stuck inside all day with DH due to the cold weather she's gets all wound up and then gets all jumpy and whiny. All I can do is sigh. So we can sigh together!
I can totally understand. I live in Michigan. I have a 3 year old and an 18 month old and I'm 27 weeks pg with #3. It's exhausting and there are lots of days that I think that I'm going to be totally screwed when #3 comes in April. On a good note, my 3 year old seems to be exiting the terrible twos/tulmultuous threes just in time for my 18 month old to enter them. Yay!
Keep your chin up! Everything will turn out okay, and make sure to make time for yourself when your toddlers go to bed!
I have no idea how you do it with twins.
my only suggestion is TV. TV. TV.
it works for my guy and i get to sit down!
