What is the deal with people posting a color as their status update??? Anyone know?

I'm sorry, I hadn't logged onto FB and now I see that some of my SAIF friends have the color as their status - no offense! I got the message last night from a friend IRL.
LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).

Some fun is going on.... just write the color of your bra in your status. Just the color, nothing else. And send this private message on to ONLY women no men .... It will be neat to see if this will spread the wings of cancer awareness. And, it will be fun to see how long it takes before the men will wonder why all the women have a color in their status...TTC #1: IUI #2 = BFP , Betas 550 (16 dpiui), 1523 (18 dpiui)
Hypothyroid, LPD, FSH 13.0, TTC 2 yrs B4 BFP

Ha ha! Now it makes sense.
About 9am this morning one of FB friends posted "BLACK & TAN" and I thought she meant the drink and thought to myself, "At 9am?? Good for her!"

I agree - I think we all know breast cancer exists, and wonder why this is supposed to help anything. All in good fun, but you know, not at all helpful in the fight against cancer, and somewhat a slap in the face to my sister who lost both breasts to inflammatory breast cancer so doesn't have bras.
