so i was wondering,, are any of you ladies with 2 month olds still needing to take a stool softener? cause i think i may need to take them again, its been realllllly hurting to go lately! Embarrassed

Actually, it might be BF related. If you aren't drinking enough water it will go to your BM first. If I don't drink enough water I'm horribly constipated.

So drink up!

you know that is probably it! i went back to work yesterday and know i forgot to drink water and i am BF (well pumping at work) ! thanks Smile
