Sometimes she keeps it on and sometimes she doesn't. If I wake up and see that she doesn't have it on (video monitor), I'll cover her back up. Not much else you can do, they're so squirmy!
We dont use a blanket for this reason. Its very rare if she keeps it on her. She sleeps at night in footed fleece pajamas, so she stays pretty warm that way. Im not sure what to do for cold hands. That sounds more like a circulation issue or maybe you can get a heater if the room is that cold.
DD still uses a sleep sack, she wears a footless two piece pj outfit with socks and then a long sleeve fleece sleep sack. We also had to put a little space heater in her room - it's not hot to the touch but blows out warm air. It keeps her room about 72 (the rest of our house is about 70). There is no way DD would keep a blanket on, I lay her down while she's still awake.
dd starts off under a blanket but that doesn't last long. She is in fleece footed pjs with socks and a short sleeve onsie and she seems to be warm in the morning. we keep the house at 65 at night so it gets pretty cold but she has gotten used to it.
