Wanted to try out the local board (I've never posted here before....).....

 I mostly lurk/post on the photography board, and was curious if there were any other "hobbiest" local photographers out there.  The reason I ask is because I am always behind the camera, I thought it would be nice to find someone else to "exchange" pictures with so I can get a few of me and my DD, and of course return the favor for you and your DS/DD or family

 BTW -- My name is Sadie and I'm from State College.

    I know the feeling well. Lately, I have been able to get DH to start taking the reigns. My biggest issue is trying to get him to get shots I have in my head-lol. I guess I'm kind of a control freak.

    Anyway, try posting this on the regular Central PA board, you might get more responses and ladies that would be interested.

    Oh, and of course welcome! Are are several ladies on here/nesties who are in our area.

    This is such a great idea.  I really wish I had better photography skills to offer you in exchange.  Before my son was born we purchased a Nikon D40 dslr and am just starting to try to learn how to use it on any other setting but auto.  I hope you're able to find someone who can return the favor for you.
