I mean unless I add 2 hours to the day, I just don't have enough time to fit in a work out. I get up at 5-530 ish and leave the house about 6ish and get home by 3 (teacher) and my MIL watches them during the day so it's not like I can ask her to hang around while I go down on the treadmill. And by the time they go to bed I still have to eat dinner and I'm just so exhausted that I can't think about it. How do you fit in working out? They are just waking up from their nap when I get in (how conveneient for MIL right??) so I dont even have aminute when I get home (and as I write this Jack is pulling on the screen of my laptop)..... I've lost 14 lbs recently really watching my diet, but it's only a matter of time before diet alone stops working and I need to add in exercise again. Any suggestions???

Re: Working out - how do you fit it in?
DH and I are forcing ourselves to do the 30 Day Shred right when we get home from work and picking up Stella from daycare. Yesterday she slept while we exercised. Not sure what will happen today, but hopefully she'll chill in her swing or on a blanket. I'm guessing your boys are too mobile now for that to work.
I just know that if we don't do it right when we get home, it won't happen at all. I used to be an early morning gym goer, but that is out the window now that I'm a mom and have to be to work by 7am.
It's not easy at all! Best of luck.
