Creighton Natural Family Planning

Hi Ladies,

As a prerequisite to get married, my church required that I take an introduction session of the Creighton model of natural family planning at St. John's. I took the intro session and I liked it. I am interested in taking more classes about it. Has anyone taken classes at St. John's regarding the Creighton model of natural family planning & what did you think about them? Thanks!

    My husband and I use Creighton.  I really struggled with side effects from the pill and we also liked the philosophy behind the plan.  The instructor we have is fantastic.  I can always email/call her between apointments if we have questions.  It's a lot of work to do the system correctly but I can't imagine going back to any other forms of birth control any more.
