Carpal Tunnel

In the last week I have come down with pregnancy carpal tunnel.  My doctor says it will go away as soon as baby is born but it is driving me CRAZY.  My right hand is numb and tingly most of the time especially at night when I am trying to sleep.  Has anyone else had this?  Did you find anything that helped at all?

    Ugh. I'm sorry. That is NO fun. Yep, I had it. It came and went for me, but your DR is right, it should go away when baby comes. To be honest, mine went away so immediately that I forgot all about having had it! =)

    Hang in there. You are in the home stretch. And... its worth it!

    I talked to my chiropractor about it after having it my last pregnancy. He said lots of times it is due to poor posture and blocked nerve pathways to the arms and hands. I totally remember the pain and discomfort and having to actually type my shower thank you notes. 

    I have been working on posture and getting neck adjustments and hopefully it will help when I get to the end of this pregnancy.
