Graco Snap and Go Stroller?

I am having the hardest time trying to figure out what type of stroller we will need for our LO.  We live in the suburbs, are pretty active people, and I have a small car with a small trunk.

I want something easy like the Snap and Go - can you tell me what your likes and dislikes are about it?  I have 2 concerns - 1) LO will grow out of it quickly (and then do you have to buy one of the travel system type strollers anyway?  any other type of stoller the baby can go into once they outgrown the Snug Risde car seat?) and 2) That is won't be a good outdoor stroller (for walks and going to the park).  Thoughts?

Re: Graco Snap and Go Stroller?

  • I wanted something easy to use and I had no idea what kind of stroller I wanted.  I really liked the snap n' go, we used it for 2 months, then got our stroller.  It isn't going to be good for excessive use, but for quick trips for the first few months it is a great alternative to carrying the infant seat in and out of appointments

once i figured out my needs as far as type of stroller i wanted i researched and ended up with a bugaboo frog

i highly recommend the snap n go if you are undecided, they cost about $60

  • Unless you want to go with a heavy travel system, the SNG is the best one.  Lightweight, also.
  • We're planning on getting the Baby Trend Flex Loc car seat to go with the Expedition jogging stroller and the Snap N Go. We were convinced to get a jogging stroller since our neighborhood doesn't have great sidewalks or streets and that's primarily where I'll be walking with the baby. But I really wanted a regular stroller for trips out, so I'm drawn to the compactness of the Snap N Go. I figured once the babe grows out of it, we'll just get a cheap little umbrella stroller.

  • We registered for the Bugaboo Bee and Graco carseat attachment.  The seat actually comes off to put the carseat attachment on so its just like a snap and go but then once your LO is too big for it you can put the seat back on.  I really liked it because you can make the seat front or rear facing!
