I go to Obsetrics, Gynecology and Infertility. Most of the doctors are female - there are a few male ones. I go to Dr. Lindsey Darrah and like her a lot. They have 3 offices - Maple Grove, Edina and Robbinsdale.
If you are moving to the North suburbs, I see Dr. Winandy at the Forest Lake Allina clinic, she is really great. If you need more time in an appointment or have any questions, she has no problem giving you all the time you need. She's a family doctor but gives her OB patients special treatment. She's even giving me a playpen that used to be her son's!
I love my doc - Stephanie Callanan. She works through Allina Clinics in Woodbury. This doc group feeds United Hospital in St. Paul, which is connected to Children's Hospital so it's a great combo. The entire team has been great to work with through my pregnancy.
I went to Oakdale OBGYN (www.oakdaleobgyn.com) and they were wonderful! I saw several different doctors because I wasn't sure who would be on duty when I delivered. Everyone was wonderful and my delivery was great -- well, except for the pain and all that. I would highly recommend them if you're moving to the north or eastern suburbs. They do have several locations.
