Had my 28 week appt yesterday...

She says that all is looking well...I asked about my lack of weight gain(not yet back to my pre-pregnancy weight) and she wasn't too concerned as the baby seems to be getting what he needs...my belly is growing well...She did offer to do an u/s at my next visit to ease my mind...an extra u/s? Fine with me! I also took my Glucose test...the results usually come in within a day but the office doesn't call unless something is wrong so I'm hoping NOT to get a call from them...It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be...the orange drink tastes like a flat Hi-C from McDonald's and I had my ipod so the wait wasn't too, too long...I'm also starting to go in every 2 weeks now...time is sure winding down...Indifferent

    Congrats on the good checkup.

    Lol that was my exact description of the drink...like the flat orange Hi-C from McDonalds Smile I didn't find it to be too bad at all!

    Congrats on the good report.  It's so exciting that you're going in every 2 weeks now.  If the baby is getting everything he needs, I would be uber excited not to have gained that much weight.

    I'm sure you're fine w/the glucose test.  I didn't think it was that bad either.

    I can't believe how close we are!!!!

    I'm going in every 2 wks too.

    ha ha, I didn't even think about that!!!  yeah, we gonna have to duke it out?!!?!?  This girl is getting an eviction notice if she's not out in time (I'm totally kidding as I'm a complete advocate for the baby will come when she's ready)

    Glad you're doing well.  You are getting so close!  The two week appointments will make it go by so much faster.

    I'm totally still doing the pool because it's just too neat that yall are so close together.  And there's one other March due date too, can't remember who it was but I'll find it.
