Failed 1 Hour GT

The PA just called me and told me I failed the 1 hour GT.  I have to follow a strict diet for 3 days before going in for a 3 hour GT next Wednesday.  Has anyone tested positive at the 1 hour and negative after the 3 hour?  I am really worried now and hope everything's OK.  TIA!

    Failed the 1 hour and even with no dietary restrictions I passed the second fine. I did have to fast from the night before though.
    Baby number two! Coming soon! June 8th.

    i failed the one hour and didn't have to do anything for the 3 hour other than fast for 8 hours (so try to schedule for asap in the morning).   i passed the 3 hour with no problem.   good luck oh and take something to eat for right after the 3 hour--a small sandwich etc as you will be starving.

    From previous posts I've seen, I think a lot of people that fail the 1 hour pass the 3 hour, so have hope!

    With DD I failed the 1 hr by 3 points.  Passed the 3 hr with flying colors.  Now, with the twins I failed the 1 hr by 60 points and still passed the 3 hr.  I didn't have to follow a strict diet, just had to fast before the 3 hr.  GL!

    This was me last week! I failed the 1 hour by 3 points, took the 3 hr test on Monday (no special diet, just had to fast after 10 pm) and passed the 3 hr with no problem. You have to fail 2 of the 4 tests in the 3 hour, and I was OK on them all. Did they tell you what your score was on the 1 hour?

    I'm sure you will be fine! GL and try not to worry!

    i failed my 1 hour last week and just took the 3 hour yesterday (don't know yet if I passed). Like you, I freaked out at first, but the more I read, the better I felt. Now I feel like either way, I'm covered. 85% of women who fail the 1 hour go on to pass the 3 hour, so chances are, you will pass.  If not though, the dietary/lifestyle changes aren't too bad and I got great support from the High Risk board if you want to post or lurk over there, too.  Wishing you the best of luck, and here's to hoping we both pass!

    I failed the 1 hour even after fasting for it, but I passed the 3 hour just by fasting from midnight.  Try not to worry too much.
