Growth Spurts

Do you find that babies sleep more when they are going through a growth spurt?

Aubrey really didn't have a good nap yesterday..just kind of off and on. She went to bed at 8 last night, Wes woke her up to feed her at 11:30, then she slept until 6 this morning. She took her bottle, and then fell back asleep until 9. She stayed up playing until 11, then literally just fell asleep while sitting in my lap. She has been asleep ever since.

I know babies have growth spurts around 3 months and that is next week for her. My grandmother always used to say babies grow while they sleep. But did ya'll find your LO's sleeping more during growth spurts?
