I saw her briefly online yesterday, but haven't seen any real updates on how she's feeling.
Jenn-Is there an update?
She's getting better slowly but surely. She even had almost her own voice back yesterday on the phone!
Oh good. It's not the same without her. And we all knew she was really feeling terrible with the sickness. I'm happy that she's getting better even if on the slow side.
Awww -- thanks for thinking of me! I'm recovering, slow but sure. My voice is still a wee bit squeaky (singing silly songs with Joanie this morning = FAIL...lol), but improving.
I'm really trying to focus more when I'm at work, and also to spend some more time with DH. Last night, I joined him downstairs to watch TV and knit for the evening. When I got up to go to bed, he said, "It was really nice having you down here tonight."

Uhhh...wife FAIL???
LOL. I can see my DH saying that to me. He doesn't even like then I knit/crochet while watching TV. He wants me to just sit there and watch. But it's impossible for me. And he doesn't talk anyway so what's the point of just staring at the TV?!
/mini rant. Didn't know I had that in me!

Ooo DH did this to me the other night! We were watching Indiana Jones (I hadn't seen them yet so we're making our way through them) and I asked if I could put a little light over on my side of the couch to knit... He said he'd rather not!
Forgive me for trying to be productive during an otherwise mindless activity!

You need a little LED light! They're like $5, run on batteries (which can be rechargeable), and produce just enough light to illuminate your knitting. I have one in my knitting bag for use in the car. Lurve.

No worries darling, we'll be here when he get's tired of ya!

I didn't even know you were sick Glad...but I'm GLAD (hehe) to hear you are doing better! I hear you on the time thing though....I've been trying to focus a lot more on work (and not getting online so much) and while I'm at home, it's been good to get things done and then spend some time with DH at night. He does go to bed early since he goes to work so early, but lately, I've been heading to bed too, I need it! But I do miss you all!

I'm blind then!
Glad she's on the mend!

Mine never worries.
