Success after IF

I'm going to give it a month before I see the doc. Is that stupid?

So my son is over 2 months old and still no period. This is nothing new to me so I'm not surprised, really.  I originally had an appointment with my doctor today but I cancelled it. Now tell me if this is dumb and if I need to get back on Metformin regardless. I'm in the middle of attempting to lose weight. In the past, when I drop 10-15 lbs, I get my period. So since this time, I'M GOING TO STICK TO WW, I'm wanting to see if it'll come on it's own (again) with some weight loss. So should I...

-Wait and see if it'll come on its own and give my body another month.

-Go to the doc now.

-If it comes on its own, should I still go? Do I have to be on Metformin regardless? What if my body starts cooperating when I get back to a healthy weight?

I hate PCOS.

  • I'm 7 months PP and still no AF.  I just started my regular BCP (I was on the minipill because of BF) so I should start back up in a few weeks.
