OK, back on the wagon.
I have been battling the same 5-7 lbs since August. I finally determined that it is because of the Zoloft that I started a couple of weeks before that. I am going to be switching to Wellbutrin or something that doesn't cause weight gain.
My WW chart says that I lost 2.2 this week, but that's bloat from AF.

Re: Weekly Weight Loss Weigh-in Women
While I am being religious about my point counting, I am refusing to weigh in until the end of the month. I am scared to see the damage I did in the month of December.
You have done an amazing job!
Hey, whatever happened with your showing?
Hi!
Could I join?
I have diabetes Type II and my goal is that by the next time I see my endocrinologist, I will have lost 20lbs.
I do not belong to Weight Watchers or any type of gym or weight loss organization. But my goals right now are :
- no snacks
- no eating off of P's plate
- no juice or regular soda and work on cutting out diet soda
- increase veggies
- more walking and exercise
- take my medicines

David "BD" 2/8/07 Spencer 9/12/11Hi Hi! Can I join too please? When is check in?
I've lost 17 pounds sice joing WW when DS was 6 weeks. We don't start back until Thursday night so I don't know what damage Christmas did but I got Wifit Plus from Santa and my WW calculator is glued to me so please God I lost something!
8 pounds left to lose!
Good luck everyone!

Too busy to update the pics for now ...
I weighed in this morning...and by a great miracle of God I was able to maintain the past couple of weeks!
I am currently down 10 lbs. My "short term" goal is to lose 13 more but overall I need to lose 60-70 more.
I must remind myself that slow and steady wins the race and now that we are past the holidays (without major damage done) I am motivated again!
I'm back on the wagon too
Went to the gym yesterday and today for the first time in a couple of months (due to travelling and stuff).
Hopefully I'll have a good week
