To do List?

What's left on your To Do list? I feel like maybe I'm forgetting something.

    Buy my crib mattress, and other random nursery stuff.

    Call the pediatrician that my friends recommended, so he knows to show up to the hospital.

    Put together the hospital bag.

    Install the car seat.

    • Get DH to install car seat bases.
    • Shower this Saturday, then do any laundry that's left
    • Buy what's left on our registries with our completion coupons
    • Do as much cleaning as I can around the house (I desperately need to dust!)
    • Pack last-minute toiletry items in my hospital bag (this will have to wait until right before we go...items like glasses/contacts)
    • Finish packing DH's bag (this can also probably wait till the last minute, he won't need much)

    I think that's about it...

    Let's see....everything.  lol!

     

    Finish first floor so we can remove items from Evelyn's room

    Clean Evelyn's room

    Assemble Evelyn's furniture, after picking up the last piece of course

    Decorate nursery

    Have shower

    Clean all baby items and assemble/put away

    Clean out space in kitchen for Evelyn's baby items

    and then all that little stuff like find a pediatrician, pack hospital bags, install car seats.....etc.  lol!

    I think we're all set, but I do want to buy some extra changing pads (the rectangle ones you can lay anywhere), clothe diapers (to use as burp clothes), vaseline (for circumcision), A&D and other diaper-changing things, a couple swaddle sleepers, and an extra crib sheet because I hear we'll be changing them A LOT..

    So much I don't even want to think about it... still have tons to put away in her room and need to rehang curtains. The house is dirty- meaning, it needs to be dusted and vacuumed thoroughly. I still have some things to buy- but nothing urgent that I know of. And none of her stuff is put together- pnp, swing, etc.

    Oh, and we don't have the car seat installed yet, but DH is a police officer, so he can have it installed and inspected in less than an hour.

    Finish packing hospital bag for me and DH

    Install carseat

    Buy some bassinet sheets (that fit.. ours are too small!)

    Hang pictures in nursery

    Get DH to install new ceiling fan in nursery

    Get my "nesting bug" and clean the house

    Go to my weekly OB appointments

    Make some progress

    Have this baby!!!

    For the baby we are all set. The house is a whole different story:

    I want to re-orgnaize the kitchen

    Get couches cleaned.

    Stock up on household items and groceries.

    Couple things to buy for baby

    Nursing tops/bras, yoga pants for me

    And the big one - cook and freeze some meals!!!!!

    I don't want to but I can't handle too much of my DH's cooking (sorry hun)

    grilled cheese and "casseroles" Ah!

    ~Finish clearing out nursery ( this weekend hopefully)

    ~ Paint nursery

    ~ Shampoo carpets

    ~ Buy furniture ( this weekend!) and assemble after 1-3 are done.

     ~ Buy coordinating nursery decor

    ~ Buy double stroller

    ~ stock up on diapers and formula

     ~ Buy the random junk I havent gotten yet ( some clothing/bottle feeding accessories)

    ~ Wash all of DD#1's clothes that I'm reusing

    ~ Bring in and clean up all of DD#1's baby gear that we're reusing ( can we say EVERYTHING but nursery furniture? LOL and a stroller)
