S/O bedding question

So for your bedding...where do you go?

I am looking for a new duvet set and am coming up blank...I haven't found much that I LOVE and if I don't love it I can't justify spening $$$ on it ya know?

Do you LOVE your bedding?  Where did you get it?  Where do you look for bedding/bedroom inspiration?

    I HATE our bedding.  We got it at BBB.  The accent colors in our room are really hard to match, so I got it until I find something I like.

    We have two comforters though, and I love the one that goes under the decorative one, I got it at JC Penny.

    I got our current duvet set from Gaiam but I had a hell of a time finding one that I liked and could also afford before I came across it. West Elm and Crate & Barrel also have bedding that I like.

    Our current bedding we got at JCP and I actually really like it. I usually check there first, with their sales and coupon codes, they are the most affordable for me.

    I got my comforters from Target.  One is cotton with stripes and ribbon with polka dots on it and the other is some shinier fabric with circles on it.  They are both similar colors (sea foam, brown, beige, white) and match our wall color really well.

     My MIL gave us a set of sheets that she had before she down sized her bed and I love them.  I am not sure the thread count other then it's pretty high and they match our comforters perfectly.  I also have a set of Swedish (I think) flannel sheets from Costco that are so soft and warm and well I can't say enough good things about them.

    We actually got our current duvet cover (not the actual duvet) from IKEA and I like it a lot.  It was crazy cheap and has held up really well.

    Our duvet, cover and coverlets are from Ikea and Marshall's.  I love them and they have mostly held up well.  The sheets were all purchased from Target when they had a great line of basic high thread count all cotton sheets for cheap a few years ago.  They have holes in them now but there were a bargain and we love them.  I'm in the market for new sheets and will look at Target again and then at Ikea (their cotton bed linens are so soft!).

    Target.  But they aren't cheap either.  I also bought one at Kohl's for my guest room.

    We registered for ours - it's Calvin Klein.  I love it but am also kind of over it, but it was pricey.

    I would do an all white bed if the dog didn't sleep with us.  Very hotel-y.  I am hoping to make this a reality when Char gets a BGB and Coop can sleep with her.

    I always look at C&B, CB2, PB, Room and Board, Anthropologie and West Elm for sales/what ifs.  Cost Plus (in store has a few cute Antho-style ones occasionally too.)
