DH is nesting

And it's bugging the crap out of me.  Ahhhh!!!

It wouldn't be a problem, but he is a nag about it.

Re: DH is nesting

  • LOL!  My DH had two weeks off work over the holidays and cleaned the house, top to bottom.  Dusting, cleaning glass, the whole 9 yards.  He even took down our Christmas tree last week and got the LO's room organized so we could start putting the crib together (which we did on Friday.)

So far, I haven't gotten annoyed with him, but if he starts bugging me about leaving my slippers out or anything silly, I'm sure it will be hard to hold back.

    Much appreciated, DH!!

  • Same here. I find it cute because he's so happy about this baby. He sings and talks to him too when we are in bed. We take weekly trips to Babies R Us to just look around. Now that we are getting to the end, he's so excited to start putting things up and wants to know every detail. I love that he's so in love with having a son! It's amazing to me.

  • DH is totally nesting. He says he isn't, but I think he just doesn't know. We went to our birthing class on the 2nd. When he got home he just started cleaning and organizing a storm. It started with one small thing and bam he was everywhere. I am eternally grateful, because i don't have it left in me and there is so much that needed and still needs to be done. My mom said, don't stop him! It is great to see him excited for our LO and happy with his accomplishments in our home!
