Seasonal Cooking Cookbook Recs

I'm in search of a cookboook that has seasonal recipes for the Midwest. We joined a CSA and I would like to have a cookbook that helps me learn how to prepare local and seasonally fresh produce. I'm also open to cooking blogs and websites.

    I am in PA, so it may not work for you, but I LOVE my "Simply in Season Cookbook." I think it would work for your area too...
