Starting a sahm group

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone from the Havertown area is interested in starting a SAHM group? I am teacher and I took the year off. I would love to find a cool group of girls to share tips ( Lord knows I could use some Big Smile) And get together with and socialize our babies.

    I am from drexel hill and would love to go. I have a 3 year old, a 16 month old and I am expecting in Feb.

    Hi Girls,

    So I am very new to this-

    I am thinking for our first meet we could do just like a meet and greet - maybe at a local Starbucks or something. I open to any ideas you may have too! My best days to meet are Mondays or Thursdays but I am pretty flexible.

    Ok, I'm excited! Let me know what you all think:)

    It's a shame it is getting too cold for the parks, but a meet and greet at starbucks sounds good. I know of the new one in Drexel hill and the one in eagle rd in havertown. Just throwing another idea out there, next Thursday at 10:30 the giggle gang is at the Springfield mall. My DD is too young to enjoy them I think, and unless things change before next week, I know I can't meet next Thursday. There is also a starbucks in the new target. I think they are there once a month to do a little song show for the kids, so it can also be something to keep in mind for the future. But I am up for anything you think would be good!

    I was thinking the samething about the parks- there is this great stroller park in Broomall- maybe for the Spring:)

    My little guy is only 11 weeks old; so he would be too young to enjoy giggle and the gang too but I wouldn't mind going at all as it would be great for the older kids!

    I am open to meeting in the Starbucks at Target; as I have been dying to check out the new Target in Springfield; I am not sure where everyone is traveling from but it is pretty close to me.

    I actually can not meet Thursday of next week either but I can meet Tuesday or  ( preferably )Wednesday.
