In an attempt to really deal with my grief from our loss, I've ordered this book. I've heard it's really good. I think I've shoved it aside to quickly & really need to take some time to reflect. I don't think that means TTA another pregnancy, but I think it'll come back to bite me later if I don't take some more time to reflect of the loss & what it's done to me.
Sorry to be Debbie Downer...
Re: Anyone read "Empty Cradle Broken Heart"??
Please forgive me, seriously, for a minute I thought you were talking about some dreadful Lifetime TV Movie starring Meredith Baxter and Dean Cain or something.
Okay, now that I am on track. I have not read this, but I'm going to go check it out on Amazon.
My therapist also recommended "Why Good Things Happen To Bad People," and while I don't agree with all of the conclusions, I thought it was a good book to read while grieving.
I hope the book has some insights for you!
Yes, I read it after the loss of my boys and felt that it was helpful. I felt that it summed up some of the feelings that I was not able to identify like morning the loss of my boys but also morning the loss of being a mother to twins. I felt that it was helpful in my situation and hope that you find it helpful too.
