I think I've decided this is my first choice right now for bedding. I have two questions: 1. What color would you paint the walls? 2. Will this look okay with our crib (see below - we haven't ordered it yet so I can change my mind) TIA

One question: are you getting the crib in that color, or white?

I definitely think that pink and white look really good with brown, and green too. I think it would probably look great, my only hesitation is that the bedding looks so good with the white crib!

i think the brown/green combo will look good but also more grown up for a lack of a better word. if you go with that combo i agree with the painting the walls a lighter tone. have you checked out sherwin williams website? they have a paint visualizer tool that lets you pick a room they have or upload a picture of your own room and then you pick a paint color and it shows you what that room would look like: https://www.sherwin-williams.com/do_it_yourself/paint_colors/visualizer/
I love the bedding. I love the crib too, but I think the espresso color would overpower the bedding (see how you can barely even seen the bedding in the picture of the espresso crib?)
I would definitely get it in white.
As for the color of the walls I would leave them white. But instead of a flat white do a damask stripe in alternating finishes (glossy/matte/glossy/matte). That way you still have some character without overwhelming the rest of the room.

LOVE the bedding and the crib! B/c of the style of both, it seems like you are going for kind of a sophisticated look...If so, do the espresso color in the crib and a neutral on the wall, maybe a dark sand or a light taupe....Then you can do gorgeous pops of color against that neutral background and it will really make an impact. If you want to go more babyish, than a white crib and subtle pink walls would be really, really sweet!

I love the bedding choice. If you go with the darker color I would add some lightness to the walls with a brown/cream or greyish color.
If you go with the white I might go with a darker tone of a brown or grey.
I like more neutral paints with splashes of color but if you wanted to go really girly a soft pink could be nice with either crib choice.
Pretty sure I am not helping but I would be considering all of this.

useful if you are unimaginative like me.
