What is the deal?? I don't know if DD just went through a major growth spurt or what, but 2T lasted us all of 2 months. Grrr. Pants are still fine, but I went out and bought her a ton of 2T long sleeved shirts thinking they'd be great through the winter/spring and possibly into summer, since the next size is 3T and no more sizes going by every 3 months.
Not so much. Literally 2 months is all it took for DD to outgrow her 2T shirts. I mean, they still fit, but they're getting tight and most are getting short. I guess it's time to start buying 3T.. how is that possible that my baby is in 3T?!
Anyone else find that DC didn't fit into 2T for long?
Re: I thought 2T was supposed to last longer?!
yeah 2t lasted a few months for us too. he's growing out of 3t already.
he needs a 2t length in pants and a 4t waist!!

It is ridiculous!!! DD was in 18 months for over a year (I did buy slightly large...) But I bought her 2Ts to get through the winter, and they mostly fit, but everyone got her different sizes for xmas and she can fit into:
2T shirts and pants
3T Shirts, onesies and pajamas
4T one piece outfits and pajamas!
I do NOT get toddler sizes- at all!
2T is a bit large, barely fits my DD right now. But she's always been on the small side, hopefully no major growth spurts... I want her clothes to last a while!
i am glad i have a slow grower apparently lol
2T has lasted us over a year.
2T is still plenty big on Ryan and he's always been in the 75% and up for height and weight- odd!
