Swing/Bouncer Recommendations Wanted

I figured I would ask the new mothers who are using them.

What swing do you have? Pros/Cons

Do you have the bouncer also? Is there a need for 2?

I registered for both, but only received a swing at my shower. It was a Boppy travel swing. DS doesn't love it yet, but I have not given up hope. We gave in and bought a bouncy seat when DS wad 1 week since we were desperate to get him to be able to sleep somewhere other than our arms. It has worked wonders. We bought the Hoppy Days bouncy seat at BRU.

We have the Graco Lovin Huggin Utopia swing. DS loves it, he falls asleep swinging and then I end up turning it off and he stays sleeping in it for a couple of hours. We don't have a bouncer but I'm thinking about getting one. = )

We have the Little Lamb swing, and DS doesn't seem to like it too much just yet. But we have a bouncer (Fisher Price Soothe and Play https://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/190-7275408-2543420?asin=B001HTNN3E&AFID=Performics_Google%20Product%20Listing%20Ads&LNM=Primary&ref=tgt_adv_XASD0001) and he loves it. It's the only thing, besides our arms, that he'll sleep in.

Thanks!! I found one on Target online that is designed by Dwell, Fisher-Price made though. I showed DH the Lil'Lamb which I think is so cute and he isn't too keen on boys with lambs. So I am going to look into the print above and Dwell. I am going to go to Target tonight with my mother and start the registry there. DH started the one at Babies R' Us and was not that into it. So he told me to take my mom.

Doing a baby registry is not as fun as the bridal one he said. I enjoy it:)

We have the FP Little Lamb swing.. it is awesome and he loves it. It takes D batteries, we have changed them twice in the past 11ish weeks.

We also have the FP Little Lamb Bouncer (which doesn't bounce, but vibrates)... it is fine, just not entertaining, so it is really just a seat.

We just got the FP Rainforest bounder which he absolutely loves. It is great, we take it with us to people's houses, move it around our own house and I would def recommend it.

DS loves his Little Lamb swing. It's not too girly and def not boy, which is one of the reasons why we like it. We plan on having more children and didn't want to buy any big pieces like a swing that can only go for one gender. Our bouncer is from Boppy. It nice to have as it's portable and we use it a lot. I never registered for it though and was given it by his godmother. If you get a big swing I would go for a bouncer on its portability alone.

Just got the Fisher price safari swing yesterday and I LOVE it! It swings in 3 different directions at a bunch of different speeds!! Has a mobile that keeps LO occupied and plays cute songs.

I have the boppy bouncer. I love it and so does my DS. I have the fisher price little lamb swing. My DS loves it and sleeps in it a lot BUT it's very big in my opinion and even on the lowest setting it's kinda fast. All that matters is that he likes it but I wish I would have gotten a smaller swing.

Graco Lovin' Hug swing in the Hamilton pattern--it plugs in (and is the only pattern that does), which rocks. Since he primarily naps in the swing, we'd have to buy stock in Duracell if it didn't have an A/C adaptor.

We also have the Boppy bouncer. For the moment, I mostly just use it when DS is napping and I want to shower, so I put it in the floor in the bathroom so that I can keep an eye on him. He's completely uninterested in it when awake, though.
