I am sometimes leaving the door to Madelyn's room open so that it gets aired out and so that Gizmo isn't too curious when Madelyn gets here.... Ha. Looks like she's plenty comfortable with the idea of her getting here huh? Or at least she likes the bouncy seat. Don't know how much she'll like it when she gets kicked out! This is how I found her when I got off the treadmill just now. Napping away...![]()
Re: Uh oh... Look where I found her!!!
We have three cats and I expect that when we get his room all put together, they are going to want to nap in there too!
That is a really cute picture.
My cat's name was Gizmo when she was born (before we got her) because she had such big ears.

I've been leaving the door open sometimes, and leaving it closed others. I want Zoe to get her curiousity out of her now as well, but DH freaks out with her in there. I keep finding her napping in the glider. I don't have anything else set up other than the furniture right now and purposefully made sure nothing was near the crib that would allow her to try to jump in. I am so scared she will want to sleep on the baby and smother it. It really freaks me out. We do have the car seat sitting in the corner of the living room and I expected to find her in there a few times too, but so far, so good.

I have four cats and I know they would sleep in that if I had one. I've been reading it is best to let your cats explore the room and I"m crossing my fingers that they get over their curiosity before the baby arrives. I've got to imagine she will be loud and they wont want to deal with that.
